In 2020, Powered by Lymburner Realty expanded its operations to Fairbanks with the addition of another broker, Whitney Malin. With this expansion, the company relocated its sole location to Geist Rd, and continued to provide top-notch real estate services to clients in the area.

They have since established a sister company in JWL Properties, which specializes in property management.
